The reason for only 4 stars is you made a good attempt trying to copy the original recipe of the Big Hunk. But you fell a little short. Although it is still good it lacks the texture of the original. My family always liked it when it was firm and you slapped it on the counter to break into pieces which you could savor the flavor a lot longer in your mouth. Although Big Hunk will still be my favorite.
